Facebook Update

Not that we care about facebook,, but noting the marker

JUST IN - Facebook's "Oversight Board" has UPHELD the social media platform's decision to ban Trump.

Facebook's indefinite suspension of Trump is not appropriate, according to the Oversight Board.

The Board has upheld Facebook's decision on January 7, 2021, to restrict then-President Donald Trumps access to posting content on his Facebook page and Instagram account.

However, it was not appropriate for Facebook to impose the indeterminate and standardless penalty of indefinite suspension. Facebook's normal penalties include removing the violating content, imposing a time-bound period of suspension, or permanently disabling the page and account.

Statement by Donald J Trump

What Facebook, Twitter, and Google have done is a total disgrace and an embarrassment to our Country. Free Speech has been taken away from the President of the United States because the Radical Left Lunatics are afraid of the truth, but the truth will come out anyway, bigger and stronger than ever before. The People of our Country will not stand for it! These corrupt social media companies must pay a political price, and must never again be allowed to destroy and decimate our Electoral Process.

Andrew Pollack @AndrewPollackFL Facebook's permanent ban of Donald J. Trump is EXACTLY why Florida's @GovRonDeSantis signed the bill to ban social media companies from deplatforming.

Statement by Donald J Trump

Warmonger Liz Cheney, who has virtually no support left in the Great State of Wyoming, continues to unknowingly and foolishly say that there was no Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election when in fact, the evidence, including no Legislative approvals as demanded by the U.S. Constitution, shows the exact opposite. Had Mike Pence referred the information on six states (only need two) back to State Legislatures, and had gutless and clueless MINORITY Leader Mitch McConnell (he blew two seats in Georgia that should have never been lost) fought to expose all of the corruption that was presented at the time, with more found since, we would have had a far different Presidential result, and our Country would not be turning into a socialist nightmare! Never give up!

Statement by Donald J Trump

Liz Cheney is a warmongering fool who has no business in Republican Party Leadership. We want leaders who believe in the Make America Great Again movement, and prioritize the values of America First. Elise Stefanik is a far superior choice, and she has my COMPLETE and TOTAL endorsement for GOP Conference Chair. Elise is a tough and smart communicator!

Arizona Audit Update

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors At It Again – Won’t Provide Routers Requested by Auditors of County’s 2020 Election Results

Maricopa County officials have not fully complied with the State Senate’s election audit subpoenas, a decision made to avoid causing a “significant security risk” to data utilized by numerous law enforcement agencies, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said Monday.

“We had previously believed that the risk would be eliminated by redacting the law enforcement data on the routers and not producing it. But we were informed that redaction did not eliminate the risk,” Deputy County Attorney Joseph LaRue wrote in a letter to Senate Audit Liaison Ken Bennett. “We also learned that if criminal elements or others gained access to this data, it might compromise county and federal law enforcement efforts and put the lives of law enforcement personnel at risk.”

The letter from LaRue was prompted by Bennett’s comments to KFYI’s James T. Harris on Monday that Maricopa County officials are not in compliance with subpoenas signed by Senate President Karen Fann and Senate Judiciary Chair Warren Petersen. A judge ruled in February the legislative subpoenas are valid.

AZ Audit Director: Shady Democrat Operative Ryan Macias Misrepresented Himself as Media to Get on Audit Floor – GOT CAUGHT!

Arizona Audit Director Ken Bennett says the audit is going well in a visit with TGP’s Jordan Conradson. He also drops a bomb on Secretary of State’s guest Ryan Macias, who was inside the Coliseum recently.

Earlier today we posted an article about Ryan Macias who is connected with the ‘National Task Force on Election Crisis’. This task force includes other notables such as former James Comey FBI Attorney James Baker and others:

Secretary Bennett shared that the audit was going well and they had approximately doubled the number of tables and auditors to assist in the audit. This will speed things up tremendously. He mentioned that the Democrats have told him that they are encouraging their fellow Democrats not to be involved in the audit. Next Jordan asked about this tweet:

According to Bennett, at a ‘Media Only Night’ about a week prior, Ryan Macias showed up and reportedly told people he was media but when Macias was asked for credentials he didn’t have any. Unfortunately, some of the staff thought he presented himself as part of the media and they didn’t like it. This was the night that the auditors explained what they were doing at each table to the press.

Archegos Reportedly Files For Bankruptcy As Banks Scramble To Recoup $10 Billion In Losses

Archegos is finally preparing to officially file for bankruptcy protection as Credit Suisse and the other half dozen prime brokers who also worked with the fund threaten lawsuits to try and recover whatever they can to help compensate for the more than $10 billion in losses reported so far.

For the banks, this is now a push to recoup any losses that they can.

The biggest question for Archegos is whether it might have recourse for how its brokers unceremoniously dumped the fund's positions, effectively forcing a firesale that send the fund's assets to zero.

A person close to the situation said: “There is a question mark over how much the banks are entitled to claim and whether the fund has any recourse for the way the banks behaved when they dumped the stocks.

It will come down to what indemnity was in the loan and swap agreements."

"They have all lawyered up and threatened lawsuits," the person added. "The banks are all going to claim as much as they possibly can."

Democrats Blamed After U.S. Steel Cancels $1.5B Project in Pennsylvania

Executives with the U.S. Steel Corp. announced days ago that they are canceling a $1.5 billion project in western Pennsylvania that was set to bring thousands of middle-class union jobs to the region, a move that many are now blaming on Democrats and environmental groups.

The project’s cancelation means that about 1,000 union construction jobs will be lost for the region. Likely thousands more U.S. jobs in supporting industries will be lost as a result.

Also, U.S. Steel is idling Batties 1, 2, and 3 at its Clairton Plant by 2023, which accounts for about 17 percent of coke production. The decision is intended to improve “environmental performance.” That decision, U.S. Steel executives said, is unlikely to lead to layoffs for its 130 full-time employees at Batties 1, 2, and 3.

The cancelation of the Mon Valley Works investment came after U.S. Steel’s permitting process with the Allegheny County Health Department was delayed due to the Chinese coronavirus crisis.

Democratic Party Chairman Gary O’Connor of Lamar County in Texas resigned Tuesday after facing backlash for calling Republican South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott an “oreo.”

Federal Judge Slams Barr, DOJ As ‘Disingenuous’ While Ordering Release Of Mueller Report Memo

Berman Jackson wrote in her partially-redacted ruling that the federal government must release a memo analyzing whether or not the Justice Department should have charged former President Donald Trump with a crime in connection with the Mueller probe. In doing so, she claimed that Barr was “disingenuous” in his characterization of the Mueller report’s findings.

Barr released a summary of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report on alleged Russian involvement in the 2016 presidential election before the report was redacted and released to the public.

Although the Justice Department released 33 documents pursuant to the FOIA request, it withheld 28.

In directing the Justice Department to release one of the 28 withheld documents, Berman Jackson wrote that the “DOJ has been disingenuous to this Court with respect to the existence of a decision-making process that should be shielded by the deliberative process privilege.”

The deliberative process privilege refers to a rule that allows the federal government to shield documents that consist of “advisory opinions, recommendations and deliberations” towards decision making.

“The review of the document in camera reveals that there was no decision actually being made as to whether the then-President should be prosecuted,” Berman Jackson wrote.

The Department of Justice will have two weeks to either release the document in question or appeal Berman Jackson’s order.
