After 4pm the color white represents more of the area, which is high intense energy, however durations are short. Overall a medium high active day due to the over 40hz spikes otherwise low medium in energy.
after 7pm EST it switches to very calm energy, which appears to continue overnight.

The Schumann resonance - the earth's vibration
- is actually a frequency. It's the measurement of 7.83 Hz or the electromagnetic frequency of our planet, to be exact. This energy can increase or decrease at times, it affects our consciousness.
