Earlier today we had a lot of high intense activity, 5 am to 7am EST Yuge wave over 40hz.
8am sm white activity, 9am EST Yuge spike over 40hz, and again at 12pm EST.
1:30pm we began a white wave over 40hz in frquency lasting an hour before declining frequency to 28hz at 2:30pm EST, and on the decline still to 10hz current frequency. This wave will be over by 4pm EST.
Overnight looks very calm .... a well deserved break.
I hope you are grounding in nature during these high frequency time as much as possible including soaking in water as well as drinking plenty of water.

The Schumann resonance - the earth's vibration
- is actually a frequency. It's the measurement of 7.83 Hz or the electromagnetic frequency of our planet, to be exact. This energy can increase or decrease at times, it affects our consciousness.
