Current incoming energy is much lower than yesterday, a few white wave 14hz at the peak along with the waves are spikes that go over 40hz in frequency but they are quick and weak in appearance.

Green baseline frequency is 26hz. Overnight is extremely calm energy, all should be able to get caught up on any lost sleep.

The Schumann resonance - the earth's vibration

- is actually a frequency. It's the measurement of 7.83 Hz or the electromagnetic frequency of our planet, to be exact. This energy can increase or decrease at times, it affects our consciousness.

this was the original definition, now the frequency is much higher
